RETURN POLICY

- RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS - All products that have been permanently customized are non returnable.

        * This includes watch boxes that have been engraved or monogramed, or special order items outside of our normal offering of finish or fabrics

- RETURNS ON ALL OTHER ITEMS - All items that have not been personalized may be returned if contacted within 7 days of delivery. 

- SHIPPING DAMAGE OR MISTAKES - Furthermore, in any situation where a mistake has been made on our part or an item is received damaged, we will always work with you on resolving the issue at no expense to you.  If you are requesting a return for reasons that are at no fault of ours (For example " the item doesn't fit in the space I intended it for), we will honor a return, but all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. This includes both the shipping label to get the item out to you and the return label.

ORDER CANCELATIONS -  should be received within 2 business days from the order date to avoid any restocking fees. Cancellations after 2 business days may be subject to a 10-25% restocking fee, depending how much work has already been completed.
