RETURN POLICY FOR HAT RACKS AND WALL ART - Please note that we understand that home decor items sometimes do not work like you envisioned. Because of this, we've had to put a special policy in place specifically for hat racks. If your item shows up in good condition and just doesn't work in your space, we will accept a return. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, both getting the item out to you, and getting the item back to us. In extreme cases, where shipping to your location is at it's highest, this can mean only a 50% refund for you when all is said and done. We want to be transparent about the issue, but as a small business cannot afford to lose this much in shipping costs for trial and error decor purchases. So PLEASE, be sure to measure your space for the item before purchase, as "it doesn't fit the space" seems to be the more common reason for returning a decor item.
